The Way Back Home
A Guided Path to Reconnection, Clarity, and Wholeness

For When You’ve Forgotten Yourself While Holding Everyone Else

You’ve carried it all — for everyone else.
You’ve shown up, held space, kept it together.
But somewhere along the way, you disappeared from your own story.

This program is your invitation to return to the person you’ve left behind: you.

This Workshop Is For You If:
  • You’re the one everyone turns to — the caregiver, coach, therapist, parent, or leader — but lately, you feel emotionally drained and disconnected from yourself.

  • You’re a high-functioner who looks strong on the outside… but is quietly surviving on the inside.

  • You often feel lost, numb, or unsure who you are beyond what you do for others.

  • You say “I’m fine” when you’re anything but — because you don’t want to be a burden.

  • You’ve been carrying everyone else’s needs while yours keep falling to the bottom of the list.

  • You’re exhausted from self-abandoning just to keep the peace, meet expectations, or avoid guilt.

  • You’re ready to reclaim your voice, your wholeness, and a life that includes you.

  • You’re not just looking for a break — you’re longing for reconnection, clarity, and inner calm.

What You’ll Learn:

This 6-week small group coaching experience blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic awareness to help you:

  • Understand the parts of you that keep over-functioning — and what they’re protecting

  • Rebuild a loving, trusting relationship with your Self

  • Uncover the patterns of self-abandonment — and how chronic stress impacts your nervous system, boundaries, and decision-making

  • Begin building healthy boundaries that feel aligned, not guilt-ridden

  • Learn to recognize when you’re veering off course — and how to gently come back to center

  • Create your personal Way Back Home Map — a guide for staying rooted in your truth

  • Build a sustainable, authentic path forward — one led by your own inner clarity

You’ll Receive:
  • 6 weekly 90-minute live group coaching sessions (via Zoom)

  • Guided meditations + audio practices

  • Weekly reflection prompts + journal pages

  • Private community space for connection & support (optional, encouraged)

You don’t have to keep holding everyone else while forgetting yourself.

Let this be the season you come home.
To rest.
To remember.
To rebuild.
To reconnect.
To you.

Leaves of My Tree
Writing a Life Remembered

For the stories that shaped you — and the roots you’re ready to honor.

You’ve lived through seasons of joy, loss, resilience, and becoming.
You’ve gathered memories like fallen leaves — some vivid, some quiet, some still waiting to be seen.
But where do you begin to write the story of a life that has held so much?

This workshop is your invitation to pause, reflect, and gently gather the pieces of your lived experience — one leaf, one memory, one truth at a time.

And you don’t need to be a writer to join us.
This isn’t about polished prose or perfect grammar — it’s about honoring your voice, reconnecting to your truth, and allowing your story to take shape in whatever way it wants to be told.

This Workshop Is For You If:
  • You feel a longing to write your story — but aren’t sure how to begin or what’s worth sharing

  • You’ve been a witness to your own survival, strength, and transformation

  • You want to make sense of the past, honor your journey, or leave something meaningful behind

  • You’re ready to explore your memories with gentleness, curiosity, and compassion

  • You carry untold stories that want to be seen, heard, and healed

  • You’ve never considered yourself a “writer” — but you know your story matters

What You’ll Learn & Experience:

In this 6-week memoir writing experience, you’ll be guided through a tender and powerful process using reflective writing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and storytelling prompts to:

  • Reconnect with the parts of you that hold your memories — the protectors, the dreamers, the ones still waiting to be heard

  • Identify defining moments and personal milestones that shaped your identity

  • Explore themes of love, grief, transformation, resilience, and belonging

  • Use mindful practices to regulate emotions as you write about vulnerable chapters

  • Learn gentle ways to write about trauma and truth without retraumatizing yourself

  • Create a personal "Leaves of My Tree" Life Map — a visual + narrative guide to your story

  • Begin shaping a memoir that feels authentic, healing, and meaningful — whether it’s for yourself, your loved ones, or the world

You’ll Receive:
  • 12 weekly 90-minute live sessions (on Zoom)

  • Guided writing prompts and meditative story-starters

  • A downloadable Memoir Reflection Journal

  • Optional feedback circle for those who want to share

  • Private group space for connection, encouragement, and inspiration

  • Access to all replays + materials for 6 months

You don’t need to write it perfectly.
You only need to write it truthfully.

Let this be the season you gather your stories with care —
and begin writing the life you’ve lived into a legacy that remembers.
For you. For them. For what matters.

Untangling Your Forgiveness Process Through IFS Lense

Because healing isn’t about forcing forgiveness — it’s about listening to the parts that aren't ready yet.

You’ve heard the advice: “Just forgive and let go.”
But what if part of you isn’t ready?
What if another part feels guilty for holding on — while another is still protecting the wound?

This workshop is not about rushing forgiveness.
It’s about honoring the complexity of your internal world and creating space for all of it to be seen — without shame or pressure.

Through the powerful lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS), you’ll gently explore the parts of you that are holding pain, anger, grief, or confusion — and begin to untangle what forgiveness truly means for you.

This Program Is For You If:
  • You feel stuck in cycles of resentment, anger, guilt, grief, or emotional suppression

  • You’ve tried to forgive but can’t access authentic release

  • Part of you wants to move forward — and another part is still protecting the hurt

  • You struggle with the pressure to “let it go” or “be the bigger person”

  • You’re ready to explore forgiveness from a trauma-informed, self-led place

  • You’re drawn to expressive tools like journaling, art, and mindfulness for emotional healing

What You’ll Learn and Practice:

Over 10 transformational weeks, you’ll explore:

  • The IFS model and how parts hold pain, protection, and stories around forgiveness

  • Recognizing inner conflict (when some parts are ready to forgive and others resist)

  • The difference between true forgiveness and bypassing or self-abandonment

  • Unpacking the roles of protectors and exiles in your forgiveness narrative

  • How unresolved grief and anger live in the body and nervous system

  • How to build boundaries rooted in clarity and Self-trust

  • Using mindfulness practices to ground, soothe, and bring presence to hard emotions

  • Therapeutic art activities to safely express, explore, and give voice to what words can’t reach

  • Reconnecting with Self-energy and cultivating compassion for every part of you

  • Creating your Forgiveness Integration Map — a personal guide for wholeness

Experiential Practices Include:
  • Guided IFS parts mapping and dialoguing

  • Mindful meditation and grounding rituals

  • Therapeutic art activities (no art skills needed) to express emotions visually

  • Reflective journaling and inner narrative rewriting

  • Somatic check-ins to track body wisdom and internal shifts

You’ll Receive:
  • 10 weekly 90-minute live sessions via Zoom (replay available)

  • Weekly reflection prompts, creative worksheets, and guided meditations

  • A curated therapeutic art kit list (using simple, accessible materials)

  • Private community space (optional) for support and connection

  • 6 months access to all materials and recordings

  • Bonus Q&A + integration session at the end

Forgiveness isn’t about forgetting what happened.
It’s about remembering yourself.
It’s about listening to every voice inside you — even the ones that are still hurting.
It’s about becoming whole again.

You don’t need to be ready. You just need to be willing.
Let this be your season to untangle what’s been stuck — through insight, expression, and self-led healing.
